This also applies to London clubs.
There is a lot of repair work to be done at Leeds, both in terms of building the team and repairing relations with fans. However, there is no doubt that Leeds as a regional capital has a claim to hosting a Premier League teams.
I am not convinced by the argument put forward that rebranding the Football League as the English Football League will attract investors. Apart from upsetting Welsh sensibilities, it is not really a game changer in terms of image.
