Tottenham Hotspur have also inquired about using Wembley while White Hart Lane is redeveloped, but Chelsea are willing to pay £15m a year for three seasons, while Spurs are offering an annual £11m for one or two seasons.

Chelsea are pushing for an exclusive deal, although the FA would in principle be willing to host both clubs.
