A winding up order has been served on Leeds United in a dispute over £150,000.   It relates to a case from the Bates era and former director Melvyn Levi and what are alleged to be unpaid legal costs.

The club has argued that releasing the news to the media is designed to put pressure on the club which constitutes an abuse of process and a contempt of court.   The club want the order withdrawn and an apology given, otherwise they will apply to have it struck down in court on Monday.
