He has a luxury mansion on the nearby Sandbanks peninsula at Poole which is one of the most exclusive and expensive addresses in Britain. Eddie Mitchell with his wife Brenda is the other co-owner and his company, Severn Developments, designed and built the residence for Demin there seven years ago.
Jeff Mostyn and Steve Sly have sold their shareholdings of respectively 44 per cent and six per cent in the club.
