Crystal Palace have announced that they intend to stay at Selhurst Park and are planning a phased expansion of the capacity of the stadium to 40,000. The current capacity is just over 26,000, one of the smallest in the Premier League. Some changes will have to be made before the start of next season as the stadium does not meet current Premier League requirements for media accommodation.
