New call for action on Scottish football

The question is whether such a meeting could come up with any new ideas or, indeed, ideas that could actually be implemented without encountering too much opposition.   It might be worth taking a close look at how other smaller nations structrure their football.   Although the Celtic-Rangers duopoly does not exist in its old form, it would be interesting to look at how many other countries have dominant teams.
