Kroenke accused of having no passion for Arsenal

Former Arsenal director Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith has accused majority shareholder Stan Kroenke of having ‘no passion’ for the club.   She sold her shares to him last year, but now regrets doing so, although her sale was motivated in part by what she considered to be a lack of respect shown to her by the rest of the Arsenal board.    She considers that multiple ownership is a better model for a football club.

Arsene Wenger has defended Kroenke, saying that he did not expect the American to make his support public.
