Sky’s ability to lift prices may be limited while BT investors might be concerned if its investment continued to grow.   Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore has talked about more than two broadcasters showing live matches, but that may simply be an attempt to encourage bidders.   It is expected that the way in which matches are packaged may be changed to encourage new entrants.
