The only other club worth over £1bn are Arsenal at £1.118m.   However, Manchester City have made a meteoric rise into third place, up 126 per cent from two years ago.

The biggest rise, however, has been made by Southampton, up 350 per cent.   This makes them the most valuable club outside the so-called ‘top five’ and Spurs.
