Not surprisingly, five London teams top the list: West Ham, Fulham, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur who top the list at £47.17 per goal. Next in line are Birmingham City and Ipswich.

The cheapest goals are at Accrington Stanley where home fans pay £5.37 for every goal. Interestingly, Accrington Stanley’s away fans get a number of mentions as the best away fans in the magazine’s season preview. One fan from another club notes of the Crown Ground, ‘It’s probably one of the worst grounds but simply the best away ground for the atmosphere.’
