The next hurdle in the way of bringing the Sky Blues home from Northampton is the possibility of a Sisu appeal against the decision in a judicial review they brought against Coventry City Council.  The judge in the case refused to grant leave to appeal, but they could go straight to the Court of Appeal.

Sisu are experts at keeping digging once they are in a hole and seem unconcerned about legal costs, such is their belief that right is on their side.  However, there may be a glimmer of light at the end of tunnel and this time it may not be a train coming the other way.
