I am increasingly baffled by what is going on at Arsenal. They are clearly a great club, but they are failing to make use of their potential. European clubs have worked out to take advantage of their defensive weaknesses.
I am a great admirer of Arsene Wenger, and a believer in managerial stability, but I do wonder if his stubbornness is costing the club. The purse strings are tight, but I am sure that he would have been allowed to spend more.
