Coventry City councillors are expected to be asked to vote next week on a deal for a consortium led by rugby club Wasps to take over the Ricoh Arena, home of the Sky Blues. The Wasps consortium is understood to be prepared to pay around £30m for a 90 per cent interest in Arena Coventry Limited, the operating company of the Ricoh. The City Council would retain a 10 per cent stake.
