The situation at Plymouth is undoubtedly the worst financial crisis in league football at present.  Yet the fundamentals of the club are sound: a club in a well populated city, albeit with some economic challenges, but with a prosperous hinterland.   It is a long way from other League 1 clubs, but those in charge of the club have much to answer for.
