Welcome to our new site. It’s not quite fully ready – we haven’t uploaded all the archived material nor the attendance stats yet, plus there are few minor design adjustments to do – but we wanted to get it up and running now and sort the rest out when we have some spare time (!)
You’ll note we now allow comments. Please use this facility civilly and remember the two Golden Rules:
1. – Any negative comments about Charlton Athletic or Norwich City FC will not only result in eternal purgatory for the commenter’s soul, but also incur the wrath of the editors.
2. – No jokes about Scottish goalkeepers – no matter how funny
The main drive for the redesign was because previously we were archiving and indexing reports by hand. Hopefully this new fangled CMS will cut all that work out. Apparently, there are loads of other funky things we can do with this system but we haven’t worked them out yet. Please bear with us.
If readers have any criticisms or handy pointers about the new site please don’t hold back. Your feedback would be invaluable as we try to make this a useful resource for all those interested in the business, governance and politics of football.
