An organisation of Liverpool FC fans is planning a campaign of direct action as concerns about the future of the club grow.  They are calling for a peaceful sit-in after tomorrow’s game against Sunderland and further action at next week’s game against Blackpool.

Assurances from the board that the football club is not in financial trouble have not reassured fans.  They are concerned that the sale of the club appears to have ground to a halt and that Tom Hicks may yet emerge in sole charge.
