Notes:

Founded in 1932 the club plays at the JJB Stadium (capacity 25,138) part of the Robin Park complex in Wigan. It has been the club's home since the 1999/2000 season and is shared with the Wigan Warriors rugby league team. The owner and club chairman is David Whelan, owner of the JJB sports goods and leisure clothing retail chain, who bought it 1995.
