The club has debts of £1.35m.   With attendances falling, a projected surplus of £40,000 this year is now a £40,000 deficit.  Revenue from the Scottish Football League will fall by 30 per cent this season after a recent court case over pools revenue.   Raith can’t even raise any money by selling players from a threadbare squad with an offer of just £5k being made for one promising player.
