Company shares were traded on the AIM stock market until 2002 as Nottingham Forest plc when it was forced to de-list. The club is one of the top 30 supported teams in England and can boast two European Cup triumphs (1979 and 1980), two FA Cups (1898 and 1959) and a League Championship (1977/78) to its name, but is currently struggling with heavy debts and the smaller revenues associated with playing in the lower tiers of English professional football.
